St Modwen Homes got £1.2 Million in pure profit selling public land that was gifted to them for free!

Kevin Robinson-Hale and the Everton Lib Dems are calling for the private developer St Modwen Homes to give back to community after selling off of land that the City Council give away for nothing. Kevin plans to deliver this petition to St Modwen Homes head offices by hand.

I/We, the undersigned are calling on St Modwen Homes to give and invest a portion of the £1.2 million of profit they made by selling two pieces of land former publicly owned land in the Everton Community that Liverpool City Council gave away for free as a part of Project Jennifer.
