Petition: Resurface Mather Avenue.

Travelling along Mather Avenue is like riding a rollercoaster. It’s not just potholes, large parts of the road surface has become uneven or subsided.

The current state of this road is not acceptable for a major route into Liverpool. It is damaging vehicles, dangerous for cyclists, and uncomfortable for bus passengers.

Patching up the road is not good enough.

Allerton councillor Andrew Makinson and Springwood campaigner James Thornhill are calling on Liverpool City Council to fully resurface Mather Avenue to make it safe for all road users.
